Promoter This promotion is conducted by HiFX Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 78 105 106 045), trading as Xe.

Eligibility Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older attending the Australia & New Zealand Shipping & Logistics Conference, 27 to 28 August 2026, Sydney, at the Xe stand. Employees (and immediate family members) of Xe or its related companies are not eligible to enter.

Entry period Entries open at the start of the conference on 27 August 2026 and close at 12:30pm on 28 August 2026, immediately before the draw ("Entry Period").

How to enter During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter by dropping a business card into the entry container at the Xe stand, or by writing their name and contact details on an entry slip provided at the stand and placing it in the container. One entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

The draw and determining the winners Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw. All eligible entries will be placed together in a single container, and three entries will be drawn at random by a Xe representative at the Xe stand at approximately 12:45pm on 28 August 2026. This is a game of chance and no skill is involved. Winners must be present at the Xe stand at the time of the draw to claim their prize. If a drawn entrant is not present, or cannot be identified from their entry, that entry will be set aside and a replacement entry drawn, repeated until three present winners have been determined. Each entrant may win only one prize.

Prize There are three (3) prizes. Each prize is one bottle of red wine (approximate retail value up to $60 each; total prize pool up to $180). One prize per winner. The prize has no cash alternative and is not transferable. Xe reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Age and responsible service of alcohol The prize is alcohol. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Winners must provide valid photo identification showing they are aged 18 or older before the prize is handed over. Xe reserves the right to withhold the prize if a winner cannot provide satisfactory proof of age. Xe supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

Notification Winners will be drawn and announced in person at the Xe stand at the time of the draw, and prizes will be handed over on site on provision of satisfactory photo identification.

Use of personal information Personal information collected will be used to administer this promotion and, where consented to, for Xe's marketing purposes, in accordance with Xe's Privacy Policy. Entrants may withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

General Xe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, for reasons outside its control. Xe's decision on all matters relating to the promotion, including determination of the winners, is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) Pty Ltd, the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA), or the conference organisers. This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW). To the extent permitted by law, Xe accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

Governing law This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
